Dmitry Taraba was born on February 12, 1969 in Leningrad. After graduating from high school, he enrolled into Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management and studied in the Faculty of Economics and Management in Engineering. He graduated in 1992 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering as a planning engineer. During his studies, he served mandatory military service with the Soviet Army. From 1992 to 1997, Dmitry Taraba worked in the system integrator CROC Incorporated − first as the chief financial officer, and later as the executive director. In 1997, the investment company Alfa-Rinaco hired him as Deputy General Director. A year later, he was invited to the same position at Atlantis Communications, and he worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, Dmitry Taraba served as an advisor to Mr. Vladimir Malin − chairman of the Russian Federal Property Fund. In 2005, Dmitry became the Chairman of the Board at NVision Group. Dmitry Taraba also serves on the Presidential Commission for the Modernization and Technological Development of the Russian Economy. Hide ↑

Anton Sushkevich was born in 1971. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (MIREA) in 1993. He came to NVision Group in 2003 as general director and has been the company’s president since 2009. From 1992 to 2003, he worked as the deputy general director of the IT company CROC and general director of the company CROC Projects. According to the Russian Managers Association, Anton Sushkevich is among Russia’s top 1,000 professional managers, while the CRN Magazine ranks him among the top 25 best managers of Russian IT companies. Alexey Tarasenko was born in 1974. He graduated from Moscow State Forest University (MSFU) in 1996, majoring in Applied Mathematics. He received his post-graduate degree in 1999 majoring in External Economics. In 2011, he received Executive MBA diploma from the Graduate School of Business at Moscow State University. He came to NVision Group as a Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance. From 1997 to 2003, Alexey Tarasenko worked for the telephony company Rostelecom as deputy head of the Planning and Economic Department, and then he headed the Investment Division of the company’s General Directorate. In 2003, he headed the investment department of the Corporate Center of Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), simultaneously becoming the secretary of the investment committee. In December 2006, he was appointed financial director of MTS for the Moscow macro-region. In July 2011, Alexey Tarasenko was appointed general director of NVision Group. Hide ↑

Igor Leypi was born in 1967. He graduated from the Faculty of Physics at Moscow State University in 1996. He has been working at NVision Group since 2009 as Deputy Regional Development Director. Igor Leypi began his career in the IT industry in 1996 as a sales manager at the smart card technology department of the company I.T. Co. Then he successively took up the post of sales manager, director of the Ufa office, development vice president and regional business director, sales vice president, and sales & marketing vice president of I.T. Oleg AllenovDirector of the Division of Service Providers |

Oleg Allenov was born in July 13, 1972. He graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 1994, specializing as a Communications Engineer. He is a PhD holder (thesis − Algorithms for Protection Against Overloads in ATM Networks). He is one of the first Russian experts certified by Cisco at the highest engineering CCIE specialization, and he is Cisco’s certified instructor and proctor. In 2011, he headed the Division for Service Providers at NVision Group. After graduating from the university, Oleg Allenov worked at the telecommunications company Rosnet as a maintenance service engineer from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 2008, he worked at AMT Group: first as a systems engineer and later was appointed director of the telecommunications department. In 2008, he was offered the post of technical director at Step Logic, where he was in charge of working with key customers and the company’s technological development strategy. Hide ↑

Alexander Martynov was born in 1976. He graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering in 1998 majoring in computer software. He received an MBA as an additional education from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration majoring in CIO. He began his working career in 1994 at the system integrator Mekomp, a Research and production association, where he rose from a trainee to a senior presale-expert and then head of the commercial department. He moved to the company B.A.C. (now called Asteros) in 2003 as IBM director in the Department of Corporate Systems, and then headed the department itself. In 2005, he became head of management of integrated projects at B.A.C. Alexander Martynov came to NVision Group in 2006 as head of the Department of Sales Technical Support. In 2009, he was appointed deputy general director – project director. In 2011, he became director of the division for relations with government organizations, NVision Group. Hide ↑

Dmitry Novikov was born in 1975. He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1998 majoring in mechanical engineering. He was invited by NVision Group in 2003 for sales development in the corporate sector. He successively led the department, and then the Corporate Department. In 2011, he became director of the Corporate Division at NVision Group. He began his career in 1998 at Cherus as a sales manager. In 2001, he moved to the Department of System Solutions at the company IBS, where he focused on implementation of complex projects in various industries. Hide ↑

Sergey KleimenovDirector of Division for relations with Rostelecom |

Sergey Kleimenov was born in July 20, 1972. He graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Economics, Tver State Agricultural Academy as an economist. He began his career in 1996, after serving in the army, at the General Directorate of the company Elektrosvyaz in Tver Oblast, as an economist in the financial department. He joined NVision Group in 2006, and as a sales manager, Sergey Kleimenov was in charge of relations with the VolgaTelecom. He then headed the department for long-distance service providers. In July 2011, NVision Group appointed him director of the Division for relations with Rostelecom. Hide ↑

Maxim Papin was born in 1967. He graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1993, majoring in automated control system engineering. In 2003, he obtained a professional manager diploma at the British Open University. From 1995, he worked at the IT company Jet Infosystems. Maxim Papin successively held posts of head of service group, head of department of services, and then headed the service center of Jet Infosystems. In August 2011, he was appointed director for development of service and professional services of NVision Group. Hide ↑

Vera MostinskayaMarketing Director |

Vera Mostinskaya graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University as a consulting psychologist and sat for her PhD admission exams to the target intradepartmental post-graduate course at the Institute of Personality Development of the Russian Academy of Education. She practiced as a private psychologist for more than 9 years. In 2005, she began combining her practice with work at the company “In the World of Science”, where she became an advertising director in 2006. In the same year, Vera Mostinskaya moved to the company CROC in the event marketing group, which she soon headed. Here, she was in charge of designing the company’s event marketing strategy, determining the most effective and innovative forms of promotion, designing internal promotion programs, budget optimization, implementation of cross-departmental events and activities for the business audience. Under her leadership, the company reached a new level of event interaction. For 5 years as a co-organizer, Vera Mostinskaya also successfully led a project on organization of cycle of IT-LEADER events. This project is one of the most significant in the Russian IT-market. In July 2011, Vera Mostinskaya moved to the position of Marketing Director at NVision Group. Hide ↑

Irina SalovaHR Director |

Irina Salova graduated from Krupskaya Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute in 1989. She received the Executive MBA diploma in 2003 in a joint program of the School of Business of the University of Antwerp, and the Institute of Business Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. She has been the HR Director NVision Group since June 2011. Irina Salova began her career in 1994 − worked as a HR director at the Russian-Swiss joint venture ABB Uniturbo. From 1998 to 2001, she headed the Department of Personnel and Administration of Coca-Cola Refreshments Moscow. From 2001 to 2003, she headed the personnel division of the company SonikDuo. From 2003 to 2004, she worked as a personnel director at Perekrestok − a federal chain of supermarkets. Then from 2006 to 2007, Ms. Salova worked as a personnel director at AFI Development − one of the leading real estate companies in Russia. From 2007 to 2009, she served as vice president for human resources and organizational development at the company Rosinter. In 2009, Irina Salova was invited to work at I-Teco, where she headed the largest project in Russia and the CIS − a project on unification of HR business processes, and she was also in charge of deployment of SAP HR at the company, Severstal.
