Automation of government services
NVision Group developed information systems for transfer of government services into electronic form, designed and deployed the Electronic Government infrastructure, which consists of:
- Interagency electronic interaction environment
- Government services portal (version 2.0)
- Electronic Government – a typical regional solution
- Information systems for public access infrastructure
Interagency electronic interaction environment – designed for information exchange between systems of government agencies – became the most important element of the project. This environment supports the work of all application government services transferred into electronic form, both at the federal and at the regional level.
Being a centralized point of access to all the background information on government and municipal services through the Internet, the single government services portal enables individuals and organizations to receive services in electronic form. At present, NVision Group has deployed document feeding services, a module for monitoring the progress of services execution, a Personal Office with user authentication and identification mechanisms, and a consolidated register of government services. The possibility for remote payment of fines, fees and other services has been realized. The portal is deployed in the data center of the telephony provider, Rostelecom.
The system is designed in accordance with the stages of development of government services under the program Information Society-2020. The typical regional solution, Electronic Government, is designed for deployment in all regions of the Russian Federation.
Currently, all information systems have been successfully delivered to the customer, work on their deployment and connection to the systems of federal and regional government structures are ongoing. Activities on transfer of government services to electronic form are simultaneously being carried out with this process. Today, Russian citizens have access to 75 services in electronic form. There are plans to increase their number to 250. NVision Group invites all interested organizations to join the project.
